# Setting Up DigiRig with Linux Mint

Currently using Linux Mint running 73Linux by KM4ACK. I am a complete newbie when it comes to this stuff. Does anyone have any pointers for using DigiRig with Linux operating a FT891. I have Direwolf on my computer along with Wsjtx. If anyone could give me step by step instructions it would be greatly appreciated! 73 de KQ4DAA

I’m not aware of step-by-step tutorial for this exact combination of os/software/radio, but you should be able to find the useful info in these sources:

I, too, am new to Linux Mint & 73 Linux with my FT-891 and DigiRig Mobile.  
I’ve been operating successfully on Windows 10, but, well, ya’ know… I don’t know what ports to set for CAT or PTT for JS8Call or WSJT-x.

I think that I’ve tried all combinations of the three ports that show when I ID ports in Linux Mint (see images). In some configurations, PTT sticks ON Transmit.
