Longtime digital HF enthusiast. I started with Z80 computer and shugart 8" floppies running CPM W0RLI HF-VHF gateways via STA from the FCC for unattended automated operation of an amateur radio station. TAPR was king back then. Today run Elecraft, KX1, and Sierra gear. The adventure into a RPi5 to work WSJT-X was fun and rewarding with the DIGIRIG interface. I am retired from CIsco Systems having built large high speed networks around the world. Got to travel with my KX1 and enjoyed EU hotel room operating CW.
