So I followed the “Selecting Cables” guide and found the DR-06T link that takes me to the GX16 cable, but then there are 2 options at the checkout: GX16 Mic Connector or 3.5mm TRS socket. Which one do I want? I’m ok with having FT8 audio over the speaker if the GX16 version will work with my radio…
My DigiRig is a DR-891 if that makes a difference.
After looking at the manual, I found there is no audio on the 8 pin plug, so I THINK I need the 3.5mm TRS version - can anyone confirm my thinking here? SKU: G16KENW-SP ?

I just realized I was having a senior moment, there prob isn’t much interest in this radio since it doesn’t do SSB and hence can’t do FT8… I guess I’ll have a couple of spare cables lying around for my next rig. I feel dumb today 
Yes, there is no FT8 over FM, but you can still use your Alinco for FM based digital modes such as Winlink/Vara, SSTV, APRS etc.
