I am trying to use WoAd and APRSDroid on my Android 11 tablet with a digirig mobile and my HT. RX is fine. However no PTT, so no TX.

WoAd support PTT by RTS option - make sure you configure it.
APRSdroid doesn’t currently support any PTT methods offered by Digirig Mobile. For it you’ll have to either use VOX in the radio or switch to Digirig Lite.

Still doesn’t PTT. Enabled PTT USB RTS in WoAd have HT at Squelch 0, VOX Off… :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

I think I have my answer. I do not have a serial cable, just the audio cable.

PTT line is in the audio cable.
I’d would recommend testing the hardware on a PC to rule out any issues on that side and then trying on more challenging platforms such as Android.

So, for PTT RTS I do can use the audio cable connect to the digirig mobile audio jack?

Yes, that’s correct. You can simulate the PTT for troubleshooting as demonstrated here:

Used my multimeter to test my cable, and it turns out I had a bad audio cable. Fixed it and now I can PTT. Thanks!
