My issue is I am trying to connect a AT-878 HT to use when in the field and passing information using FLDIGI. I have connected the Digi Rig to a Windows 11 system. When I start Digi Rig, it recognizes the sound card, I can see the Spectrum. When I send a message I can see it is trying to send the signal. Look though the forum, did not find my answer.
But, the PTT on the radio does not trigger? Does anyone have the FLDIGI configuration that will allow the radio to be triggered?
You must choose a method for PTT, either serial RTS or VOX.

So it must of seen you coming and started working.
I was trying to use Hamlib or Cat (Rigcat)… Unchecked both of those and just used Hardware PTT. So the Black cable to the audio cable connection to Digi Rig Audio connection and then USB to computer and as above it worked.
Here is the sound setup…
Barry, I checked your order and see that you got Digirig Mobile in logic levels configuration.
In this Digirig model PTT by RTS setting is correct and PTT tone of the right channel will not make any difference.
And yes, there is no CAT control support with your HT so hamlib/rigcat needs to be unchecked.
With most HTs, I open the squelch, and set the TX to run on VOX, I don’t believe that the AT878 has a VOX setting like the AT 578.
Also, the AT878 has a known issue where the pins on the K connector don’t make good contact. I had to put a slight bend in the pins of the connector to get mine to work. The mic jacks in the radio are sealed and can’t be tweaked.
