With the recent development of RadioMail’s compatibility with DigiRig Lite for iOS, is there a way to use the DigiRig Lite with aprs.fi on iOS?
the digirig lite has its own VOX circuit so there is always that route.
i’m not an ios user so i don’t have any experience with the aprs.fi app and whether it has support for GPIO PTT.
that’s the other PTT option for the digirig lite.

I just confirmed, after reaching out for support, that the aprs.fi app on iOS DOES work with the Digirig Lite.
In the aprs.fi app, navigate to: More → TNC & DSP Modem → Select a TNC or software modem → aprs.fi Software Modem
You then get a screen to adjust radio volume. I’ve been running aprs today and it works great!
