I have a Digirig mobile rev 1.10 that I got from Amazon. I got the cables from Digirig. I’m unable to get the audio from the Kenwood to show up on the computer using and of the programs that I usually use (using Audacity as a test). I seem to be getting signal from the Kenwood into the digirig, and device manager says that it is installed and working,any ideas

You can do an audio loopback test to rule out Digirig and cables as source of the issue. You can find the info in this video:

If you are using the 13 pin din connector ACC2, make sure your RX and Tx levels in the TS-570D, meny option 33 and 34, are not set to zero. Are you going to use WSJT-X ?
PS : Digirig Mobile wiring to the 13 pin DIN ACC2 plug: It is important to use the ACC2 plug for RX/TX audio and PTT because its levels are adjustable on menu item 33 and 34 plus if this PTT is used the mic input is muted and you dont have to unplug it. On the 3.5mm TRRS plug (tip, ring 1, ring 2 and shield). The tip of the TRRS plug is RX audio and goes to pin 3 of the ACC, ring 1(TX) goes to pin 11, ring 2(PTT) goes to pin 9 and the shield goes to 12, 8 and 4 which is earth.
