At a quick glance Alinco’s connector looks like K1 type used in Kenwood, Baofeng and many other HTs. Upon further inspection, there is a slight difference in spacing between the pins, enough for baofeng cables not to engage correctly.
At the time of posting, there are no pre-made cables for Alinco available in digirig store. As in other cases like this I recommend a homebrew cable build using an inexpensive speaker/mic as the donor for the connector and cable. The project then consists of just adding a 3.5mm TRRS connector for the digirig’s side of the cord.
