Cable for an old Yaesu FT290RII

so far, I’ve been using my Digirig with VaraFM and an Anytone 868.

I just found my (1980s) Yaesu FT290RII. It has a 2m SSB capability. Is there a suitable cable for it? The round microphone jack has 8 pins and, as far as I can tell, follows the Yaesu standard of the time. I’d also solder it myself, but I’m unsure whether adjusting the levels is necessary and, above all, how it works with the PTT.

Any hint?
