Curious which cable folks are using for a BF-F8HP. I use the same programming cable (USB to F1) for both my F8HP and my UV-5RM, so I’m wondering if the radio/PTT pinouts are the same.
yes, that radio has the standard ‘kenwood’ jack and baofeng uv-5r pinout.

I use the digirig cables, because they take care of the necessary RF filtering. Baofeng HT Digirig Cable Set Before I used those cables, I had troubles with RF bleeding into my cables causing intermittent problems.
