Cable for Icom IC-756 Pro III

What cable(s) would I use for an Icom IC-756 Pro III?
I guess there is no cable available for this old rig, so I could also solder one by myself if I had a connection diagram.

Great, didn’t expect that.
When my Digirig is configured for logic levels, can I reconfigure it for CI-V by myself, or do I need to buy another one?
