Apologies for the late reply. Yes, it is possible to build a cable for your Wouxun HT.
I found this pinout online:
With that in mind the cable is:
RJ45 pin 1 (Audio out) → 3.5mm TRRS tip (RIG_AFOUT)
RJ45 pin 3 (PTT) → 3.5mm TRRS ring 2 (PTT)
RJ45 pin 7 (Common) → 3.5mm TRRS sleeve (GND)
RJ45 pin 8 (Mic in) → 3.5mm TRRS ring 1 (RIG_AFIN)
Please report your results if you decide to build it.

I would start with sourcing materials first.
The build could be a TRRS plug added to one end of the Ethernet patch cord or RJ45 jack crimped to the end of TRRS cable.

I haven’t been able to find pin out for my UV920. So you think it’s the same as the 950? Looks like the same hardware platform.

Sorry. I couldn’t either, sent an email and tried to confirm with Wouxun but no one responded.
I received this from the dealer who sold me the 920 5 years ago. Haven’t tried it yet. But will and advise.
