Cables for ICOM M802

Based on the manual it appears that the transceiver uses a standard pinout for ICOM’s DIN8 accessory port:

The transceiver also features DB9 port for serial connection. This has potential for optional serial CAT control.

As it is always the case with DB9 (D-SUB9) serial connections, you will need Digirig Mobile in RS-232 configuration. The matching cable can be found in TS-480 kit:

I’m not “giving it a go” per se, but will mention I support a user with a Digirig that I built more or less what you show for. He uses the old M710 application to drive the radio.
