Just a heads up that the Baofeng cable in the picture is for Digirig 1.5 or earlier. The newer revisions use TRRS connectors and all required signals (audio + PTT) are on the single socket labeled “audio”.
Now, the RJ12 connector in your picture has GND MIC and PTT signals and that matches corresponding lines in the Baofeng cable. The SPK line will have to come from the separate speaker jack in the back of the radio (typically a tip of TRS jack).
