I’d like to pick up a digirig. I’d like to use it with my ICOM radio, and my Yaesu radio. My understanding is that the digirig comes flashed with firmware specific to ICOM, or Yaesu (and a third option), meaning that if I get the ICOM compatible one, I won’t be able to use it with my Yeasu radio. Is that correct?
If so, can I flash the firmware back and forth so I can use it with both radios?

Wait, I think I just answered my own question: I can order it in the default version, and come up with a way to join the correct solder points, like with a small 3d printed pad with metal in the right place for when I’m using a Yaesu or my ICOM.
correct, there is no firmware to flash.
options between logic levels or rs232, tx/rx serial on 2 wires or 1 (CI-V) are handled via solder pad matrix
