I ordered a Digirig without cables. I received one with the board labeled Rev. 1.7.
It appears that there are no pads connected on the RS232/CMOS serial area.
Do I just need to connect the center pads to the pads near the RS232 marks to run serial to my FT-847?
The 847 says I need a null modem adapter. Can I just cross connect the TXD and RXD lines in my home built cable.

Yes, bridge center pads to RS-232 side, but first disconnect them from CMOS side by cutting the existing traces between them.
