CDM1250 stuck in transmit

My setup is a Motorola CDM1250, RPC Electronics 16 pin digital adapter, DigiRig Mobile, and a Kamrui Mini-PC. The problem I have is that when power is restored after an outage the radio turns on and PC boots up (like they’re supposed to) but the radio will go into transmit mode.

Anyone have this setup or knows something about it that can help me so that the radio doesn’t go into transmit after a power restoration?

As luck would have it, I think I found the solution. I was powering up the radio and computer separately (not at the same time.) Now, I’ve put the radio and PC on the same power source. Them turn off power, turn it back on, PC begins to boot, radio delays a second or two before powering up. All is well.
