Compatibility of Anytone 578 to DigiRig

I will be purchasing a DigiRig for an Anytone 578. I have been told the -578 has CAT Control.
I do not intend to use it with the -578. Is the Cat Configuration for this setup Logic Levels?

Also, the model DigiRig recommended for the -578 is the Mobile model, Version 1.6. Is this the version available on the website?

Thanks for your help, still learning about the DigiRig

There’s a good explanation of PTT vs CAT for the 578 on the Digirig cable site at https://digirig.net/product/anytone-at-d578-cable/.

If you don’t plan to use CAT control, you can get away with the less expensive PTT cable, though you will need to switch the 578 Microphone type to volt-detect when you use the Digirig.

I use a DigiRig Lite (which is PTT only) and the PTT cable with my 578 for FSQ on my county EMA net, and it works reliably.

Thanks for the reply and the link. Both very helpful. Always good to hear from someone who has been there done that. I’m sure I"ll have more questions for this forum.
