ordered a digi rig mobile it isnt set up for icom can i convert it to CI-V
this is what i do, and have done for many years:
put a stereo to mono adapter on the radio end of the digirig cable.
job done.
seriously, this works day in, day out for me.
not only do you not have to reconfigure the digirig solder pads, you can switch between radio sets easily.

i use the xiegu g90 and x5105 alongside icom ic-736 and ic-821h with the digirig mobiles in logic level confg. just a trs to ts adapter on the radio end of the cable for the icoms.
