Digirig and Kenwood TS690s CAT control error

Hi
Excuse me for my poor english.
I got a problem with my Digirig mobil. Version Logic Level conneted to a digirig cable ( version TS-450s )

I have installed the last drivers, rebooted the computer, lauched the wsjtx software, and I got a CAT control error .
I receive and decode QSO, but, impossible to control the transceiver and transmit something.
I have read the help files, the posts on this forum, and always the problem.

Have you got an idea ?

Many thanks
Best regards
Ludovic

Ludovic,
You mentioned TS-690S in the subject, but TS-450s in the message. Which radio do you use?

There is a specific rig profile for TS-690S in WSJT-X:

hi
Many thanks for your prompt reply
TS690s is the exact model
Thanks for your help

I have tried with the TS690S protocol

Did you get a different results with TS-690S selected as a rig profile?
Another thing to try is disable handshake:

Thank you K0TX.
No, the results are the same with TS690S. Exactly the same errors.
I have tried with none Handshake. Error
I have noticed in the default or hardware handshake that the transceiver enters transmit mode 1 second and error .

In one of your screenshots there is a green CAT status dot. That indicates at least some successful communication:

It may be worth trying something like Omnirig which automatically retries if there is a momentary lapse in communication.

It’s when I have changed the frequency manually in the software according the frequency of the transceiver. But, no cat control. Always the same error .

Somehow the software knew that the frequencies matched. I would give Omnirig a try.

I have tried another parameters, but always the same results

I have tried OMNIRIG
I think there is a problem with the Hardware interface.
With or without the CAT cable connected to the transceiver, the transceiver enters transmit. And doesn’t stop to transmit.

Make sure to not configure RTS signal for hardware flow control. It controls PTT line.

It’s no configured on “None”

I was referring to this setting in Omnirig:

When using Omnirig, WSJT-X can’t access the same serial port. For this reason PTT method has to be changed from RTS to CAT.

But no transmission and no transceiver control
