Yes, you can disable VOX PTT by cutting a trace between the configuration pads labeled VOX.
The VOX is activated by sending the audio into the right audio channel. You can effectively disable it by only sending the payload to the left channel. Many apps allow that selection or you can use balance setting in the mixer to achieve the same effect.
