Does anyone have advice on correcting this error??
I’m to the point of thinking it may be that the computer only has USB3.0 ports and possibly the Digirig is only stable with 2.0
As we discussed over the phone Digirig only needs USB 2.0 and it is supported by later USB protocols. The reported issue may be RFI related. Please post your findings after the relevant troubleshooting.
