Hello, I am having some trouble getting the digirig lite to work with both my phone and tablet. When connected via USBc I am not getting any audio coming in or going out. I have tried to get this to work on a galaxy S8, S24, and a Tab S7 with no luck. When I use the USB A connector straight into the PC the digirig runs perfectly. I am not sure if I am missing something here with phone settings or if anyone else has come across this.

I did some more testing and it 100% seems to be on the phone side. Works fine for receive when connected to the PC. I tried it on the S24, S8, and Tab S7 with no luck…Even gave it a go by connecting the USB A end to a OTG adapter and still no luck. 
With C, make sure the cable is plugged in “right side up.” The C port is not bidirectional.
