I had an easy time setting up a Digipeater using the Graywolf software for Linux.
I recently purchased a Digirig Lite for my FT3D and some Baofeng cables as well and they all worked together well
to run APRS Droid. When I heard about Graywolf I was curious.
After installing Linux Mint on an old MacBook Air, I decided to experiment with Graywolf. Graywolf immediately recognized the Digirig Lite and the FT3D. The old Baofeng off the shelf also works and that’s now my Digipeater setup: Graywolf, Digirig, Baofeng cable and Baofeng.
The Digirig really only required some small adjustments to the input and output volumes to get it to work consistently.
