Recently purchased Digirig Lite to use with Radiomail installed in my iPhone X.
Also purchased Digirig VOX PTT cable for smartphones and tablets.
Neither option has worked. I connected the Digirig Lite to my phone through a lightning to usb adapter and the Pwr led lights but can’t get it to receive or transmit. I am using a TYT MD-UV380 for the test radio with appropriate cable. Also tested with the VOX PTT cable and headphone adapter and could only get it to transmit but no receive in Radiomail test setup screen. I tested Digirig Lite with Windows computer running Winlink and Vara using same radio and cable and it works perfectly in packet and VARA modes. What am I doing wrong?
I do not have your radio, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Update: After a lot of testing and experimenting I got the Didirig Vox PTT cable working in my setup. The problem was the lightning to headphone adapter. I replaced it for a genuine iPhone adapter I borrowed from my wife. Apparently the adapters sold on Ebay are not genuine and their connectors are wired differently. They do work with generic headphones but not with the Vox cable. My setup still has problems though. I transmit and receive and can adjust receive and transmit audio but their could be an issue with transmit audio or audio twist adjustment. Radiomail is a bit limited in this. I will need to experiment and research more.
I am still stumped on the digirig lite. It refuses to work in my setup. The problem is NOT the digirig lite! As I said before, I tested it with a Windows PC using the same radio and cable and it worked perfectly. Could it be the lightning to USB adapter? Does the digirig lite need a USB 3.0 adapter to work properly? the one I have is USB 2.0. Does a genuine Apple / iPhone adapter exist?

As far as USB specification goes, Digirig Lite has no special requirements.
Update #2: I finally got the digirig Vox PTT cable working with my iPhone and Radiomail after verifying the modem settings in my Winlink home station that was working properly and setting my Radiomail modem settings accordingly and also corrected the RMS station name which had an error.
I also coreected the same settings for my Mobilinkd setup and now it is working correctly also. I use the same Baofeng cable with the digirig mobile pinout adapter and it works great!
I am still trying to get the digirig lite to work with my iphone and Radiomail. If i make progress, I will post it here.
