I recently got my Digirig Lite and got cables for the K Type and one for the Anytone 778UV, the K Type cables work great and activate PTT on my Quangsheng and other K Type Connection radios perfectly and reliably with VaraFM and Soundmodem.
The radio im having the most difficulty with is the Anytone 778UV. PTT however seems to intermittently work with my Anytone 778UV. Ive tried turning the radio off and on and can confirm the hand mic still activates PTT reliably. Is there a way to diagnose the cable to see if it is the cable? I am not sure if there is something unique with this radio that I am missing. I have tried the test features in both Soundmodem and VARAFM and I see the PTT light on the Digirig Lite but the radio does not activate PTT.
My computer is seeing incoming APRS messages fine.
