Digirig-Lite - Red PTT light on Cable Stays on

I purchased a Digirig-lite today at HAMFest. As soon as I plug my BTECH cable into the Digirig-lite, the red PTT light on the Digirig-lite comes on and does not turn off. When it is just plugged into the Android phone, the green light comes on, then when I plug in the BTECH cable, the PTT light activates. I have tried a couple of different cables and get the same result. There is no change when I plug in the radio, and I cannot trigger the PTT on the radio. What other actions should I take to resolve the problem?

What is the BTECH model do you connect and what cable do you use?

It is my Guerrillas Guide stuff. BTECH-APRS-V01 cable and a Baofeng UV-5R radio. My Galaxy S10 crapped out and the new phone doesn’t have a headphone jack. Is it time to upgrade cables and radios lol?

Do you happen to have a Digirig cable for your Baofeng?

BTECH-APRS-V01 appears to be a passive interface from another vendor. It is not intended for use with Digirig.
