Digirig Lite, use Android tablet and ICOM 706

Hi,
I want to use Digirig Lite with an Adroid tablet (program FT8CN) and ICOM 706.
The ICOM 706 has only a ACC 13 pins. No 9600 baud connector.

Is there a cable available and does it work?
