Digirig mobile and IPhone 17 pro max

Hello, I have a Digirig mobile, digirig usb-c to usb-c cable and ptt cable for Yaesu HT can I use this with my iPhone 17 pro max ?

Depending on your use case, most likely not. iOS restricts full access to USB serial devices, so it’s unlikely that the app you’re using will be able to control PTT on the Digirig Mobile. This is one of the issues the Digirig Lite addresses by allowing PTT to be triggered through one of the audio channels.

Just trying to connect to local winlink using radiomail: Digirig-Lite (Digirig Lite – digirig) Yaesu HT Cable (Yaesu HT Audio/PTT Cable – digirig) Yaesu FT-70D iPhone 16 with USB-C RadioMail 1.5.0(1) I’m wondering if anyone has connected these devices and gotten the audio interface to work correctly. Just so that I can close the loop on this instead of leaving it open the DigiRig Mobile would require that your Yaesu HT has VOX on it in order to allow for it to work. Like @wh6az I would suggest that you look into the DigiRig Lite which removes the need for VOX function on your radio.
