Digirig mobile + android : no output

Tried using AndFlmsg on my Android phone with a th-9800. I noticed there was no transmission occurring, so I dug deeper and found the following:
With digirig unplugged from phone,
I can hear transmission tones on phone speaker.
I can hear transmission tones with earphones connected via USB-C port on my phone.

Digirig is connected to phone via OTG.

Phone is receiving audio from my TH-9800 via digirig as denoted by waterfall, just cant get digirig to send any audio out. Doesn’t appear to be keying the mic either using the
YAESU RJ12 y cable.
Phone audio and andflmsg audio turned up 100%

Help please.

In order to key up the radio with Digirig Mobile the app must support PTT by RTS.
Was there an option for this method in the app’s configuration?

Unfortunately, no. I know this setting is present in my Windows version of fldigi, but I don’t see anything for RTS in andflmsg. I’ll reach out to the developer.

Good catch though. I totally forgot about the RTS aspect. Thank you

Edit : looks like i was running an old version of the app. The new version, 1.6.0.7 has rig control options like rts.
