Digirig on a Yaesu FTM-200DR

I need to run Fldigi for ARES communications. Will the Digirig get me to where I need to be? When I hit transmit in Fldigi I need it to activate my PTT so it goes out over the radio waves.

Digirig with cables can serve as the soundcard to let fldigi modes be transmitted and received on your Yaesu FTM-200DR.
