"Digirig Silicon Labs CP210x" Disabled in Device Manager

My “Digirig Silicon Labs CP210x” is disabled in Device Manager. I have reinstalled the drivers and have rebooted the computer, but I just can’t Windows to enable it.

Is there “enable” option in the context menu (right click) for the device?

Thanks for taking time for this. Unfortunately there is no “enable” option in the context menu, nor can I find it in the properties or advanced properties dialogs.

I’d try uninstall and reinstall. Also on another computer for sanity check.
