Is it normal for the digital audio to become very distorted using this thing. We ordered this thinking it may have been an rf problem since we could see many received decodes but we are unable to transmit. (Sounds card settings are correct) Have tried many combinations of settings in the wstj sw that is out there on the net, but nothing works. Rig is a IC-718 and we are sill not better off now. Been fighting this thing for a month now. About to throw in the towel on ft8.
Where do you get the distorted audio? Got the sample?
You can plug the regular stereo headphones into the Digirig’s audio socket and monitor the output. It will be on the right side.
