Do I need a seperate Digirig for Baofeng UV-5R?

I have the the digirig for my yaesu ft-891, would I have to get a separate digirig for my uv-5r or can I just get the Baofeng cables?

Fang cable using the audio port on the DR! The Y DR unit should work.
