I posted the reply in a separate thread you started on the subject:

Digirig and FT-891 with VaraHF

I am having some difficulties setting up the new FT-891 digirig with Winlink Vara HF. I got the CAT control to work, but since the new digirig is specifically built for the FT-891 and there is no COM port for it, how do I set it up with Winlink Vara HF? Any advise would help. Thank you.
