DX-70TH cable option question

I see 2 options when ordering cables for the Alinco DX-70. For a plug and play connection do I select GX16 Microphone connection or 3.5mm TRS socket?

It is confusing as the radio needs both connectors but you cannot select Both.
One or the other it seems.
Any help is appreciated.

According to the manual for DX-70, the received audio is present on the mic connector. This means that either of the two variants of the cable should work.
