I have a digirig mobile and have my 510DR hearing APRS and decoding it. When I send I hear the ack on another radio but I never get a response from WXBOT or my buddy.
Settings
Audio AFSK
Audio Outout Music (Volume up 75 - 100)
It works fine with my FT5 and a digirig mobile…
Any ideas appreciated. I want to be able to do APRS Droid and WOAD from the truck.

i’ve probably read your post wrong so bear with me.
are you saying you’re hearing the ack/nowledgement frame from the digipeater/igate on another radio you have at the same location as the 510, but can’t hear it on the 510?
or are you hearing the unproto frame from the 510 on another radio ?
in any event, since you have a working setup with another radio, differences in antenna/feedline efficiency and radio settings come to mind.
ctcss decode turned on, tx delay too short.
