G90 digirig no audio

Hello,

I have been searching the forums for an answer to how to fix this issue but my computer doesn’t seem to be hearing anything from the digirig microphone output. I’ve tried on two different laptops and gotten to be able to test CAT and PTT which work but nothing shows up on receive. I have the radio set to U-D followed volume out settings on other forums. I was not able to see the microphone show it had any input in the sounds menu in windows 11.

You can try audio loopback test as shown here:

If nothing else, please reach out with the service request for diagnostic and if needed the repair of your Digirig.

Have you made sure the “Input” setting is set to Line In and not Microphone, for working digital modes. Reset to microphone to make voice calls.
