I am trying to set up my new digirig. When I check to see which port it is using it shows nothing. In WSJT-X, the only choice it gives me is serial port USB. It decodes fine, but whatever settings I use for the radio, it gives me a rig failure message. I have read all of the forum entries, but have not seen anyone have a USB port setting.
I think you will be able to solve this quickly. Have you installed the Serial Port driver for the digirig?
“The serial port part of Digirig is based on a widely supported Silicon Labs chip, however some systems may not be up to date, and that’s why I recommend installing the latest serial driver version.”
