Hello folks
I had bought an DIGIRIG MOBILE with the cable to conenct to the IC-7100 as the USB PORT is dead.
However I had no luck in conencting it to the radio. I had been reading a lot of informations and watched several videos but yet, no luck.
Please could you see bellow the setup I have and if you can check it to see if all is OK and then I have a harware issue not a setup issue??
PHISICAL CONNECTION behind IC-7100
AUDIO CABLE TO THE DATA DIN OUTPUT
SERIAL (GREEN) TO THE REMORE 3.5 JACK OUTPUT
On the ICOM 7100 settings are
DATA MOD – ACC
DATA MOD OFF – MIC
CIV BAUD RATE – 19200 (MATCH COMPUTER)
CIV ADDRESS – 88h
CI-V TRANCEIVE – OFF
CI-V OUTPUT (FOR ANT) – OFF
COM PORT CHHECK
That is the error I am getting
it says it was unable to determine Icom echo status
