ICOM 718 and Win 11

Good Afternoon. I am trying to use WSJT-X under win 11. On my ICOM 718 I can get the CAT to work, but I can not get it to transmit.
Band conditions are bit shoot today, so I am not seeing any decode. I have been over the get started doc, and unless I am missing some thing here I am lost. Any one else using the WSJT, Windows 11 and an Icom 718?

The CI-V/CAT commands might not be able to trigger PTT. In this case, try to use the serial port RTS signal to trigger PTT.
