Icom IC-7300 and Digirig

I understand the best answer is to use the USB port on the radio, but I am facing a problem:

• My computer suffered a lightning strike, and the USB port on my Icom IC-7300 radio is now dead.
• Crucially, everything else on the radio works 100%.
• I shipped the radio for repairs, but Icom quoted a full motherboard replacement to fix the USB port, which I cannot afford.

I do, however, have a Digirig.

Are cables available for the Digirig that will allow me to use it with my IC-7300?
