Icom IC7200 for WSPR via Digirig

Hi folks, I am trying to get an IC7200 set up via the Digirig box, to WJST X, so that I can run Wspr.
The set up works with an FT817nd.
I have the cables from Digirig (don’t mention the import duty this end…) to connect the 7200 to the box.
What settings etc are required to get the radio and the box / computer on friendly, talking terms??
So far not managed it.
Please keep it simple - computers and digital are not my field.
Thanks! Dan

*** turns out the Icom uses a different logic set up to the Yaesu, so need a different digibox. ***
(however, the 7200 has a built in sound card, so may be able to operate direct to the PC…)

Thanks to Gary Pitt on the FB Digirig page for answering this!

Great! Using the Digirig, or the internal soundcard of the IC-7200?

probably using the inbuilt soundcard - an interface box is not necessary. And, I don’t have an Icom compatible Digirig box!

OK, that is great you got it working with the internal sound card!

Not yet! still have to find a USB A to B cable. Then get the drivers…
Then get it all to work together…
Digital and computers are really not my thing. But I do think Wspr is fantastic, which is the only motivation!
