I have been operating DigiRig successfully for about a month. I have a DigiRig Mobile operating VaraFM Winlink to an Anytone 578 and Windows 11 laptop.
My last contact was last Thursday. I was helping a fellow ham today setup the exact same setup as I have. Their problem was that while the device driver was showing in Device Manager with a comport, under Sound Setting Pnp Sound device was not showing. I understand that this is probably an indication of a bad cable. Here is the odd part, I checked my settings and after having nothing but good connections for the last month and having not changed anything on my setup or touched the cable, I was also unable to connect. After checking Device Manager under sound on my computer PnP was not showing on my computer. Is it possible we both suddenly have two bad cables?
Iām relatively sure that is probably not the case.
If anyone more experienced than me have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Problem solved, re-check cables, re-boot computer. All good.
