Kenwood TS-480hx won't tranmit

I’m a rookie. Folks said digirig & the kenwood cable would work right out of the box. It will receive and change frequencies, but it will not transmit using wsjt. I’ve tried every setting in the program, but it doesn’t matter - same result. I’ve also tried changing the radio data vox on and off.

Did I maybe buy the wrong digirig? I bought the default, do I need the RS232? Or am I missing a radio setting?

The only variation in Digirig Mobile pertains to the serial CAT control. Since you can change the frequencies we know that the configuration you picked is correct.

For PTT select RTS and Digirig’s serial port.
