KX2 / Digirig (DR891) to iPad - iFTx

Hi all, I’m wondering if anyone has been able to get KX2 / Digirig (DR891) to iPad - iFTx working? I hooked it up but have had no success in getting the audio to come / go over between the iPad & KX2. Any guidence would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! Following the instructions in the thread I was able to get FT8 working on my iPad / KX2 with the DR891. It’s fabulous! My only remaining question is that it’s silent except on transmit. Is there away to pipe thru those familiar FT8 sounds? I kind of like hearing that sound lol. Thank you again!!

Yes, you can check “listen” box in Digirig’s recording device inside of the control panel which will patch the audio to the selected playback device e.g. computer’s speakers.

It sounds like you are referring to a Microsoft Windows interface. I’m using iOS on an iPad.

Options are limited on iPad. Patching between audio devices may be possible through some third-party app, but I don’t know of anything like that on the spot.
