Looking for a list of Samsung Galaxy phones working FB with digirigs

So as the title states:

who here is running a Samsung Galaxy S phone with a digrig mobile/891/lite ?

I use several dr mobiles but my Galaxy s7 has never worked with ANY usb soundcard device.

Also, some have reported issues with Galaxy s24 not playing nice with usb soundcards.

ANYWAY :wink:
my s7 has crapped out so i’m looking for a new galaxy s model.
anyone had success with s10, 20 or 22?

OK, I’m good

I can at least add one (1) device to the list of verified working Galaxy S phones.

I bought an S25+
usb-c to usb-c cable only, no hub, works FB (fine business)

Recognized the digirig mobile, selected FT8CN, happily decoding.
Now I can use all my digirig products with my personal phone.
(instead of the XYL’s)

I have a Samsung S24 Ultra. When I plug in my new Digirig Lite, nothing happens. If I look in the media output, nothing has changed. If I plugin USB-C headphones, the media output changes to the headphones.

I guess the S24 is not compatible???

yes, that was my concern.
there were reports that the S24 series wouldn’t recognize usb soundcard devices, to include the digirig.

one thread here had success with plugging in a usb hub and connecting the digirig to that.

i bought the same hub shown in the picture but didn’t need it with the S25+
(comes in handy as a OTG adapter for other USB-A type cables though. my kenwood D72a data cable works FB)
