Has anyone observed low quality audio when running on linux? Maybe its a bad digirig, but one digirig works just fine, and the other sounds like 16khz. Before I send this back for a RMA, am I missing an option somewhere, one is fine the other is clearly not passing full ranage audio? Should I setup a RMA?
Is it transmit or receive audio? Both Digirigs are the same model/revision? Same issue on Windows box?
I was so focussed on the RX side, that I didn’t really listen to the TX side. I did a return on Amazon anyways. I will test it out once I get the other one.
I assume they were the same, I got them at the same time/same purchase.
That’s a reasonable assumption. Hopefully replacement takes care of the issue. Keep us posted.
Replaced it, and works like a charm now. It was that device. This is considered closed.
