could someone help with the configuration of the wouxun uv8d . i have serial port and sound card working with digirig. don’t know if i am supposed to use the green or the black cable. Is there any config settings required in the radio.

Ive never used that specific radio model, but you’ll probably use the black cable plugged into the audio port of the Digirig. RTS will need to be enabled in the software you’re using, but I’m unaware of any specific settings changes (other than adjusting the volume knob) needed in that radio. It looks like a simple HT with no capability for cat control, but I may be wrong.
