Midland 13-509 radio

I would like to use the Digirig Lite with an old Midland 13-509 radio. There is a 7 pin din acc port on this radio and a 4 pin microphone port. Do you have any specifications (wiring diagram) on making a data cable to be used will the Lite?

Mic/speaker connection look like a straightforward option:

MIC pin 1 (mic) → 3.5mm TRRS ring 1 (RIG_AFIN)
MIC pin 2 (ground) → 3.5mm TRRS sleeve (GND)
MIC pin 4 (PTT) → 3.5mm TRRS ring 2 (RIG_PTT)

SPK tip → 3.5mm TRSS tip (RIG_AFOUT)
